- 1 1/2 cups of coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of honey

- 3/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
- Strawberries and blueberries (optional)
- Natural food coloring (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Mix together honey, eggs and melted coconut oil. Then stir in flour and blueberries.
- Grease one 4 inch springform pan with coconut oil. Fill with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the center is firm.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Mix together yogurt, honey and food coloring for the frosting. Frost cake and top with berries.
