Coconut Berry Dog Cake
Cake Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 c. coconut flour
- 1/2 c. finely shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
Dog Cake Icing Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
- Strawberries and blueberries (optional)
- Natural food coloring (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Mix together honey, eggs, and melted coconut oil. Then stir in flour, milk, and blueberries.
- Grease one 4 inch springform pan with coconut oil. Fill with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the center is firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Mix together yogurt, honey, and food coloring for the frosting. Frost cake and top with berries.
