Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 egg
- ½ cups oat flour
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1/8 c coconut oil (melted)
- ¼ C plus 2 T water
- ¼ heaping Cup Carob chips (No chocolate for dogs)
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon of plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Cut the banana into pieces and mash them.
- Melt the coconut oil for about 50 seconds. Add to the bananas and mix well.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the honey and mix well.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Add both of the flours and mix well.
- Add the Baking powder and mix well.
- Add the water and mix well.
- Add the carob chips and mix well.
- Grease your muffin tins or use baking cup liners.
- Fill cups ¾ full.
!Frosting
- Bake 23 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Allow them to cool.
- Frost with a mixture of the final three ingredients (cream cheese, yogurt, peanut butter)
Notes
You will need to play with the consistency of the frosting depending on whether you want to apply it with a knife or use a piping bag.
